Our Story

Built on a simple observation.

ensTera Automations LLP was founded on a frustration we kept seeing repeated across industries: most business-automation projects fail not because the technology doesn't work — but because the people building the technology don't understand the business.

Generic software gets sold. Real workflows get bent to fit it. The team eventually goes back to spreadsheets, paper registers, or workarounds. The pain point that prompted the whole exercise stays exactly where it was.

We started ensTera to put business understanding and engineering capability in the same room — and to keep them there until the problem is actually solved.

Today we work with businesses that don't fit a template — and that's most businesses. Manufacturing units. Accounting practices. Healthcare professionals. Service firms. Different industries, same approach: identify the friction, design the fit, ship the solution, and stay engaged as it evolves.
